RO pure water system
Airtec® reverse osmosis system (RO) is a demineralization process. Our Reverse Osmosis system is the optimum solution for you, if you have high demands on water quality.
How reverse osmosis works
Applying a pressure higher than the osmotic pressure will force the water through a membrane with microscopic pores – smaller than bacteria and virus.
These will be retained in the filter, removing up to 98% of solids and potentially 100% of all bacteria from the water.
Always recommended in duct systems
We recommend the use of RO water purification in all of our systems – duct or in-room. In duct systems with air handling units, RO is strongly recommended - please contact us to find out more.
Product types
Airtec® supplies four different types of RO systems for controlled pure water environments.
- RO Inline™ 300 provides a pure water flow of up to 300 l/h avg. at 15 °C.
- RO Inline™ 500 provides a pure water flow of up to 500 l/h avg. at 15 °C.
- RO Plus™ Pure Water System Reverse osmosis (RO) purification system with 1, 2 or 3 membranes and a total pure water production of up to 900 l/h.
- RO Basic™ Pure Water System Reverse osmosis (RO) purification system intended for users with a capacity need up to 180 l/h.
